At Getinas, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and accommodating to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@getinas.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
Cancellation Process
- Request Review: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review your order status to determine if it can be canceled.
- Confirmation: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
- Refund: For canceled orders, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 11-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exceptions
- Processed Orders: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item once it arrives by following our Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Changes to Orders
- Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or altering the items ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
- Additional Items: If you wish to add items to an existing order, a new order may need to be placed.
